Bourbon Whiskey 60ml
Ingredients
- Fresh lemon juice30 ml
- Simple Syrup20 ml
- Protein1 (or 5g of protein powder)
- Angostura Bitters2 drops

Preparation Steps
- 1Add whiskey, lemon juice, syrup, and egg white to the shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds to fully emulsify and create foam.
- 3Open the cocktail shaker and fill it with ice to 80% capacity.
